To optimize your user experience, our Service mandates the submission of specific personally identifiable information, including mandatory consent for SMS sending and location access. The LOCATION ACCESS PERMISSION empowers the app to promptly share your real-time location with emergency contacts in emergency situations, while the SMS PERMISSION ensures swift notification to your designated contacts during critical events.

The Bindu App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address provided below. In Bindu’s case, it may be possible that the child is suffering from visual impaired scenario. We need to accommodate and change it accordingly.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time (As per Indian Laws) . If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Bindu App.

Restriction of Sexual Content  

Optimum Data Analytics is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environment for all users of our applications and platforms. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for the use of our applications to prevent the acceptance, distribution or sharing of sexual content, including explicit material or sexually suggestive content.

Users of applications are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, distributing, or engaging in any form of obscene sexual content within the application. This includes, explicit images, videos, text, audio, or any other content of a sexual nature OR a content which gives rise to a feeling of disgust by reason of its lewd portrayal and is essentially offensive to one’s prevailing notion of decency and modesty, with a possibility of having a negative influence and corrupting the mind of those easily influenced; 

 

In case of failure or intentionally found, for the misuse of the Bindu application, then it will be treated as violation of policy. In such cases the access of the Bindu Application will be discontinued. By using this application, you are giving consent of following the Data Security and Privacy Policy as per the Government Authorities or the law by the country where the application is being used.
