The Bindu App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In Bindu’s case, it may be possible that the child is suffering from visual impaired scenario. We need to accommodate and change it accordingly.
Restriction of Sexual Content

This includes, explicit images, videos, text, audio, or any other content of a sexual nature OR a content which gives rise to a feeling of disgust by reason of its lewd portrayal and is essentially offensive to one’s prevailing notion of decency and modesty, with a possibility of having a negative influence and corrupting the mind of those easily influenced;

For the digital content provided in the App for the one-time purchase, By Purchasing the content, you agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this mobile app. Also, you would not be eligible for the Refund for the same.
For the content which would be available on subscription, The cancellation facility would be available.
The refund request will be processed within 3 to 7 days based on the pro-rata usage of the subscription.
